Exhibition No. 5

Darlene Duncan is a graduate of the Sheridan College illustration program. She has always been creative and loves to draw, paint, and take photos.

While working as a graphic designer at a community-based environmental agency, Darlene discovered her love and appreciation for the natural environment and all living creatures.

Her paintings, done in oils and acrylics, feature diverse subjects, with a special fondness for animals. She loves to create their portraits with a life-like but painterly style in bright and cheerful colours. Other interesting subjects such as landscapes and still life are now on her easel where she’s experimenting with complimentary colours.

Darlene is a member of the Burlington Fine Arts Association and participates in the DVSA Art Auction and classes.
