Current Exhibition

How it works

Drop-off and pickup of artwork takes place between 4 PM and 6:30 PM on a Thursday. The date can be found on our site on the Calendar and Key Dates pages, or in the artwork acceptance email you received from Art at Seven Innovation.

Be sure to adhere to our artwork requirements to help ensure that you are prepared and the process goes smoothly.

Delivery and pickup of the artwork must be made in person and not through a delivery service. We cannot accept delivery from, nor will we release artwork to, a delivery service.

If you are unable to pick up or drop off your artwork on the designated pickup/drop-off evening, print off this form, fill it out and email to us at least 24 hours prior to the designated pickup/drop-off time.

Free parking is available on the property. Please enter through the main doors on the east side of the building.

Drop-off

Only the selected artworks for which the artist was notified will be accepted, no substitutions.

You will be directed to a table where the artwork will be checked in and the artist will sign. Please remove any wrapping yourself at this time. You will then be directed to the artwork intake table where it will be inspected before being stored for installation.

If there are any problems with the artwork and its hanging system, it will be addressed at this time. If the problem can be remedied on site, a $10 fee may be applied – or it is possible we will have to decline the artwork for inclusion in the exhibition.

Pickup

If you are dropping off artwork as well as picking up, please follow the steps for the drop-off process first. Once finished with the drop-off process, you can remove your artwork off the wall from the previous exhibition and bring it to the sign-out table. A volunteer will verify your identity and have you sign and date our records. If you wish to wrap your artwork for transport, bring your supplies and a table will be provided off to the side for you use.
