Robert Brownlie’s passion for creating and appreciating art has been a lifelong journey. After earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees, he initially planned to teach art at the high school level. However, his path took an unexpected turn when he felt called to ministry. Following this calling, he completed his Master of Divinity degree and was ordained in 1976.

Throughout his successful career as a clergy member, Brownlie’s artistic background enriched his ministry. His deep connection to art, both as a creator and student, brought a unique dimension to his spiritual work.
